Central West Rugby provides competitions for clubs from a wide variety of cities and towns throughout the Central West of NSW. The 3 tier competition structure ensures a high standard of play is maintained, whilst ensuring a competivie structure.

The Blowes Cup is contested by teams from Dubbo Kangaroos, Dubbo Rhinos, Narromine Gorillas, Parkes Boars, Forbes Platypi, Cowra Eagles, Orange City Lions, Orange Emus, Bathurst Bulldogs and CSU Bathurst.

The Australian National Field Days Competition is a single team structure comprising teams, in the Northern Comp from Molong, Yeoval, Mudgee, Wellington, Guerie, Trangie, Coolah & Coonabarabran and in the Southern Comp from Blayney, Canowindra, Orange Waratahs, CSU Orange, Grenfell, Condobolin, Cudal and West Wyalong.

Central West Womens Rugby is a strongly contested 10's competition. Teams from Grenfell, Orange Emus, Dubbo Rhinos,  Narromine & CSU Ewes contest this hot competition.

Central West Rugby enjoys a proud tradition amongst other country zones and competes for the Caldwell Cup in the NSW Country Championships.

Administered by a board, overseen by a CEO, monthly meetings are conducted at the Molong RSL Club.
